Free insured shipping

Shipping is free and insured on every order. For faster delivery, choose Express+ Shipping ($29.99) at checkout.

When your order ships

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days, with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout; your tracking link shows the carrier's estimate.

Carriers

Orders to the United States ship from Illinois. International orders travel by DHL Express. We also ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS. Every order is insured and tracked.

We ship to the United States and to every country listed at checkout.

Sales tax, customs and duties

Orders to the United States: prices do not include sales tax. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Orders to every other country: prices include import VAT/GST and duties, which we pay, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Orders to the United States ship from Illinois, with no customs, import fees or paperwork.

Every other order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by DHL Express: we pay the import duties and taxes, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Until it reaches you

Your package is our responsibility until it is delivered. If it is lost or arrives damaged, write to support@heonjewelry.com and we'll make it right.

If your shipment needs customs clearance and the carrier can't reach you, we can't guarantee a cancellation or refund.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece, and return shipping is free: we email you a prepaid return label. See our Refund policy.
