🧾 General Return & Exchange Eligibility

We want you to love what you receive. That’s why we offer:


  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery

    No questions asked.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us first at support@heonjewelry.com. Reaching out before shipping anything back helps us solve issues quickly and efficiently.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

All packages remain under our responsibility until they are successfully delivered to you.

However, if your shipment requires customs clearance and you're unreachable during the process, HEON JEWELRY LLC cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund. Any customs fees, return costs, or abandonment penalties incurred due to lack of response may be deducted from any eligible refund or charged to the customer.

🔁 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:


  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and free of damage

  • Returned in original packaging (box, pouch, card, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized pieces (e.g. engraved, resized, made-to-order) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is incorrect or defective due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility


  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged, manufacturing defect), we will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

  • If the return is for any non-defective reason (e.g. changed mind, ordered wrong size, didn’t like the style), the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

🛠 Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a proven error on our part (such as incorrect engraving or wrong item sent).

📧 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email support@heonjewelry.com with:


  • Your full name and order number

  • The reason for return or exchange

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

🌍 International Orders

International customers may initiate returns under the same policy. However:


  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake

  • Customs duties and import taxes paid at destination are non-refundable

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
